This was taken on the evening of my 3rd day in Iceland back in September 2014 - it was the last shot of the day. Just as we were leaving Kirkjufjara beach in Dyrhólaey, I noticed these rocks that someone had arranged. I thought it would be interesting to try and make a compelling black and white image.
